Survivors have needs that are often uncovered by restricted federal, state, or private funds.
FADV’s Flex Fund program provides survivors (working alongside their case managers) with financial help based on their individual needs. Supporting survivors this way reinforces the individual dignity of each survivor.
VAWA and VOCA funds are often restricted in ways that don’t fully support survivor’s primary needs. FADV provides Flex Funds for a variety of needs – childcare assistance, dental care, counseling services, and other crucial needs.
